Product Refunds
We accept returns for products if:
• They are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
• The return is initiated within 30 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Products:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Opened or used skincare products.
• Personalised or custom-ordered items.
• Sale or clearance items.
If you experience an adverse reaction to a product, contact us at info@baseboutique.com.au within 48 hours with your order details and a description of the issue.
Service Refunds
Refunds for services will only be considered if:
• There was an error on our part during the service.
• You notify us within 24 hours of the appointment.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or missed appointments without the required notice period.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Australian Consumer Law:
This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for faulty goods or services that do not meet their intended purpose.
